End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is between you and the developer of Take&Give ("we", "us"), not Apple Inc. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for Take&Give and its content.

• Scope of License: You may use the app on any iOS or Android device you own or control. You may not distribute or resell the app.
• Maintenance & Support: We provide support for the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or maintenance services.
• Warranty: To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Product Claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app.
• Intellectual Property: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the app.
• Legal Compliance: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you will comply with export laws.
• Third‑Party Terms: You must comply with any applicable third‑party terms when using the app.
• Third‑Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
