We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. The developer is based in Singapore and complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Information We Collect

• User Content: Items you record – titles, dates, notes – and any photos, videos or audio you attach. These are stored locally on your device.
• Counterpart Details: Names, email addresses and phone numbers you optionally enter. Stored locally.
• Crash Logs: Anonymized diagnostics from Apple if you opt in to share analytics with developers.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the app’s functionality.
• Respond to support inquiries.
• Deliver optional services such as encrypted backups.

Backups

Backups are encrypted with a password you set and saved to storage providers you choose (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or SFTP). We do not receive or host your backups.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We do not integrate advertising or analytics SDKs. We may share aggregated, non-personal data to understand usage trends. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

Your data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Backups persist in your chosen storage provider until you remove them.

Your Rights

• Access and Correction: You may edit or delete your data inside the app at any time.
• Portability: Export a backup and decrypt it with your password.
• Withdrawal of Consent: Disable optional permissions (camera, microphone, contacts) in iOS Settings.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International Transfers

We may process support emails in Singapore or the EU. When required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We will update this policy as features evolve. Material changes will be noted in the app and on this page.
